Estate
Built during the XIXth century and overlooking the Souloire valley Château Fage spreads over 45 hectares of vineyard, forest and meadow. A set of great homogeneity which characterizes this exceptional terroir. Recently acquired by the Glotin family, the estate is one the referent chateau of the Graves de Vayres appellation, facing the prestigious appellations of Saint-Emilion, Pomerol and Fronsac.
Soil
Gravelly soil. Graves carry along by the Dordogne.
Tasting
A white wine with an original bouquet, nuanced between citrus fruit touches coming from its Sauvignon and with an expressive style brought by its Semillon. Very well balanced on the palate, this crispy wine offers freshness and fruits. Perfect to drink in its youth.

Cold pre fermentative maceration. Controlled fermentation.
