This cuvee is simply stunning. Brim full with aromas and flavours of ripe cherries with balance between fruit, acid and tannins.
Vinification takes place in an underground winery, no pumping (gravitation), no de-stemming, 20 days maceration, vinified and aged for 10 months.
Great partner of to red and white meats as well as light cheeses.
Worked by the same family since 1632, the estate is characterised by a very high potential terroir associated with vinification sticking to Burgundy tradition making very high prestige wines.
The Cru spreads out over the slopes around Mont Brouilly. The robe of our Brouilly is intense deep ruby in colour. The aromas are of small red fruit or vine peach. Its freshness, fruitiness, suppleness and charm combine in around, harmonious mouthfeel.
