Blackberries and vanilla duel for aromatic supremacy with bacon fat and violets: there are no losers in this battle. Rich, concentrated flavors of cassis and bittersweet dark chocolate join bits of crushed rock and cinnamon. The acidity is restrained, but the opulent mouthfeel espouses hedonism.
