If you whipped up an icy peach slushie in your blender and garnished it with lime wedges and gardenia petals, you would have a rough idea of how glorious this white Pinot Noir smells. The wine's strawberry and lemon sorbet flavors are no slouch, either. You can expect a creamy texture with just enough acidity to squeeze by.
