Their founding principle is: Do Fewer Things, Better. We are very proud to offer this inaugural, limited release of truly exceptional Bourbon.

Tasting notes

a selection of 8 unique casks, aged no less than 5 years and bottled indivdually without blending. more assertive than our small batch (but with measured heat), each barrel of this wheated bourbon was selected for its unique character and balance. wonderfully sweet on the nose, notes of butterscotch, toffee and ripe banana are present. this one is for bourbon drinkers.
