20% lightly toasted French oak adds texture, structure, and depth. 20% malolactic fermentation enhances weight and roundness.

Tasting notes

A Chablis-style Chardonnay that's acid-driven and food friendly, ideal for warm and cool weather! It showcases the beauty and purity of the Chardonnay Grape without masking the varietal character with excessive oak and butter.

Fresh peach, pear and mango flavors are fleshy and ripe, with notes of orange blossoms and dried apricot. The vibrant, mouthwatering acidity makes itself known, giving the flavors intensity and freshness.

Vinification

Uses two yeasts for complexity: Q-Citrus for citrus notes and X16 fruit and floral driven notes (pear, peach, ripe apple white flowers). 100% stainless steel fermentation preserves fruit purity and minerality.
