Tasting notes

Alexander Valley has long been known for its fruit forward, full blown, expressive wines. This Cabernet grown on a single hillside vineyard in the cooler area of Alexander Valley is no exception. Filled with open aromatics of cassis, ripe plum and dark fruit compote all framed in an attractive vanilla scented toasty oak and baking spices. The mouth filling flavors are backed by a matrix of soft acidity and fleshy tannins. It makes the perfect pairing for a wide variety dishes and cuisines.
