Tasting notes
This crisp white wine has aromas of lemon blossom, gooseberry and ripe pineapple laced with vanilla. The palate is bright, with rich tropical fruit that lingers through the finish. We crafted this wine without fining or malolactic fermentation to maintain its essential spirit and purity. Serve this Sauvignon Blanc slightly chilled and pair with a variety of foods.
