Pinot Noir 2015
At Roth, we believe that the quality of wine we produce is only as good as the fruit we start
with. That’s why for our Pinot Noir we choose fruit from the finest vineyards in the
Sonoma Coast region. Our 2014 Pinot Noir opens with vibrant aromas of black cherry,
earthy cedar and a touch of black pepper. Fruit forward expressions of raspberry, strawberry
and plum are balanced by a rich vanilla-oak finish. It is a bold and complex wine – a direct
expression of its Sonoma Coast origins.

Roth Estate
Roth Estate is committed to making wines that best express the diverse and idyllic growing conditions in the top regions of Sonoma County. The vineyards that we work with for our Pinot Noir are situated throughout the cool-climate Sonoma Coast. These vineyards are defined by their coastal influence and spread throughout the vast region. The cool conditions caused by the fog and wind that breeze through the Petaluma Gap, lengthen the region’s growing season. These cool temperatures combined with gravelly, well-drained soil, make the Sonoma Coast the optimal habitat for producing internationally recognized, high-quality fruit.
Vintage
2015 made for an excellent vintage in the Sonoma Coast! An early start to the growing season was followed by warm temperatures. Consistently sunny days throughout the spring and summer resulted in even ripening of the fruit. The grapes from this vintage were prime quality with a nice acidity. The fruit was harvested from September 19th – September 12th, 2015 at optimum ripeness.
