Ageing

Aged for 10 months in small American oak barrels, 25% new oak. This amount of time allows the wine to take on some complexity from the oak but not too much—this is an approachable wine with smoothness from start to finish.

Blend

A singular combination of Merlot, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Sangiovese.

Description

Tasting notes

From the fruity aromas to the lingering finish, our friends.red pairs the aromas of ripe cherry to the flavors of red berries, black plum, with hints of chocolate and black pepper. It is a mellow, harmonious wine with a round finish and soft smooth tannins.

Vineyard

All sourced within Sonoma County, we searched for the highest quality fruit. From our friendly neighborhood growers the blend puts all the best into the glass.
