Technical Details
Harvest
Harvest took place on several dates between October 5th and October 18th of 2013 according to grape maturity and optimum ripeness. All fruit was de-stemmed and sorted through a Pellanc, which is a state of- the-art sorting system designed to gently and accurately separate undesired stems from the grapes. Primary fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks. The wine was racked to barrels to complete malolactic fermentation. Aged for 16 months in 30% new French oak barrels and 70% neutral barrels.
