Very pale in the glass, this is a quite restrained, refined take on a notoriously pungent variety. Though it clocks in at 14.1% ABV, it's light and fresh from start to finish, moving nimbly from subtle aromas of key lime, pineapple, and Asian pear to flavors of lemon, kiwi, and lemongrass accented by cool notes of cucumber peel and nettle toward the finish

Known as the storyteller of the vineyard, our 2025 Sauvignon Blanc captures the essence of the soil and climate where it's grown. The nose is elegant and true to varietal; layered with floral notes, fresh grapefruit, and subtle boxwood. Vibrant acidity brings great energy and freshness, balanced by a supple mid palate and a long refined finish. A wine of focus and finesse, it fairs beautifully with bright seafood dishes, fresh greens, or tangy goat cheese crostini.
