Tasting notes

Extended barrel aging of 18 months in French oak adds complexity and subtle toasty oak nuances. Rich, with an almost juicy mouth feel, this wine is well rounded and exudes berry flavors infused with pepper and spice. The McNab Ridge Zinfandel is a great example of how, through minimal processing, the essence of the quality fruit our dedicated growers deliver can be preserved.
