The aromas and tastes of ZINZILLA are blackberry, boysenberry, raspberry, and dark cherry. This wine gives new meaning to the term “jammy”. ZINZILLA expresses dense layers of berries, chocolate, pepper and spice. This big brooding monster zinfandel may color your teeth but it is very balanced and won’t overpower your palate. Big wines are meant to accompany big food. Barbecue, Ribs, Burgers, and grilled steak are all excellent pairings. It’s scary good!
