Vermú is crafted by the dedicated team at The Wine Collective in Baltimore. Inspired by both the ancient tradition of viticultural collaboration and by the daring innovation of modern garagistes, they are a group of makers with an insatiable obsession for quality, gathering under one roof in a warehouse in Baltimore City to make and enjoy exceptional wine and food.

Description

Vermú Dry Vermouth is created with 100% natural, non-GMO botanicals, Vermú is a low abv cocktail in a bottle, a spritzer's best friend, a perfect sipper, and any cocktail's secret ingredient. Bursting with the fragrance of lavender and chamomile, Vermú Dry is layered and complex with a mild sweetness and an elegant and long bitter finish of ripe yellow lemons. It is crafted from an aromatic blend of lemon peel, lavender, Spanish oranges, wormwood, chamomile, thyme, and vanilla. Made from a base of The Wine Collective's Viognier that undergoes a cold stainless steel native yeast fermentation, 100% natural botanicals, cold maceration and fortificaiton, 4.5% pure cane sugar, vegan, non-GMO.
