Tasting notes

Garnet red coloured. Intense and elegant aroma, combining roasted woody taste with frutal aromas. On the palate it is round, velvety, well structured with soft tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish.

Technical data

Elaborated from 100% Tempranillo grapes harvested at the optimal moment of maturation in the vineyards of Serrania del Turia in Valencia interior mountains. Intense red cherry colour. Powerful aromas of red and ripe fruit with flower hints. A marked varietal character, powerful and well structured. Best enjoyment fresh 16-18 degrees celsius.

Vineyard

A selection of old Tempranillo vineyards with very low production settled in the areas of El Villar del Arzobispo, Chulilla and Gestalgar (Valencia).

Vinification

The grapes of each variety are carefully selected, destemmed and gently pressed. Vinified in stainless steel. Cold pre-fermentation in stainless steel tanks, light filtered, cold macerated at 14 degrees celsius for 15 days aging. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
