Harvest

Hand picked during the second and third week of october and transpor ted to the winer y in boxes and small trailers.

Tasting notes

Clean and brilliant deep red colour with purple hues. Red berry fruit aromas, especially blackberry. Full bodied young wine, blackberry and ripe cherry in middle palate, soft tannins and nicely balanced acidity from the Tempranillo. Long and smooth satisfying finish.

Technical data

Elaborated from the varieties of Tempranillo and Merlot selected by our enologist in our vineyards. Wine of excellent clean appearance and great brilliance. Presents intense cherry red and violet meniscus. On the nose black and red mature fruits.

Vineyard

A selection of old Tempranillo and Merlot vineyards with ver y low production settled in the areas of El Villar del Arzobispo, Chulilla and Gestalgar (Valencia).

Vinification

The grapes of each variety are carefully selected, destemmed and gently pressed. Vinified separately in stainless steel. Cold pre-fermentation in stainless steel tanks, light filtered, cold macerated at 14º for 15 days aging. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks
