An unassuming nose of plums, cherries, earth and sweet spices. Medium-bodied with assertive, chalky tannins and bright acidity. Lively and elegant with a silky texture and lots of cherry character on the palate. Succulent fruit lingers through the long, fruit-oriented finish. Drink or hold.

This dark garnet wine has a nose of black cherry, butterscotch and olive tapenade. It is spicy on entry, offering eucalyptus and clove notes alongside flavors of dark and red berries. Bittersweet chocolate and orange zest. Luxurious tannins build slowly and then remain on the palate.

Stemming and crushing. Fermented with selected yeasts for 15 days at 25-28ºC with daily pumping. Not clarified, non filtered prior to final bottling.
Aged 14 months in American and French oak barrels, 3 rackings. At least 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes

Color: Ruby red color with clean bright purple edge.
Nose: High aromatic intensity of fruit compote assembled with toasted oak aromas.
Palate: Shows roundness, harmony and with great structure. Pleasant sense of volume and soft tannins. Long and persistent aftertaste.
