Stemming and crushing. Fermented with selected yeasts for 15 days at 25-28ºC with daily pumping. Not clarified, non filtered prior to final bottling.
Aged 14 months in American and French oak barrels, 3 rackings. At least 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes

Color: Ruby red color with clean bright purple edge.
Nose: High aromatic intensity of fruit compote assembled with toasted oak aromas.
Palate: Shows roundness, harmony and with great structure. Pleasant sense of volume and soft tannins. Long and persistent aftertaste.
