Vineyard
A selection of old Garnacha and Viura low production vineyards, settled on poor soils of Ebro’s terraces in the area of San Vicente de la Sonsierra (La Rioja).
Vinification
Short maceration, controlled fermentation at low temperature (16 Celsius - 18 Celsius)
