The very young white 2024 Porrera Vi de Vila Blanco has a golden color, an intense medicinal and balsamic nose and a round, lush and ripe palate hitting 14.5% alcohol and with mellow acidity. It has volume and a ripe feeling to it, reflecting a very warm and challenging year of concentrated musts. It matured in 2,000-liter French oak foudres for three months.
