Background

Life is a celebration that's gone in a flash, so make sure you seize a glass. Celebrate by getting together and raising two glasses of Verdejo.

Our winemakers Olga Tormo and Maria Barua got together to create something memorable. Olga, resident in the DO Rueda, represents Castilian rigour, and Maria the essence of LAN. Together, they created this refreshingly delicious verdejo to allow you to say yes to celebrating every moment, to living more, to disconnecting and reconnecting with yourself.

Food pairing

With vegetables, rice dishes and sushi, with moments of fun and laughter outside in the sunshine. Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10C.

Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow, with that intense greenish hue that invites you to live a little. Fresh fruit, citrus and fennel aromas that take you back to that summer you’ll never forget. Its balanced acidity, delicate volume and intense flavours are the perfect excuse to take a moment to disconnect.

Vinification

An adventure in a bottle: harvesting at night, macerating at low temperatures and working with battonage to give a rounder mouthfeel.
