The 2022 Bardos Vinedos de Altura, made from high-altitude vineyards in Ribera del Duero, presents a powerful take on the region in a structured vintage. Garnet in hue, it shows wild herbs, garrigue and ripe plum aromas layered over subtle oak. The palate is dry, with grippy tannins and an elevated chalk texture. The finish leans into slight austerity from the tannic structure and soil. Energetic and rich, it is a bold wine with a strong sense of place.
