Sweet spices, vanilla, balsam, pine cone and a touch of oyster sauce to the black plums and blackberries. Flavorful and full on the palate with some granular tannins that linger in the lengthy finish, with lots of flattering wood spices and dark chocolate. Goes on for quite a while. From organically grown grapes. Drink from 2025.
