Here's a fun and versatile wine with an especially food-friendly character. The Botanica Wines 2024 Stellenbosch Flower Girl Albarino is fermented in stainless steel tank over a slow two months to lock in flavors and aromas. It boasts lots of attractive brightness and crispness with candied lime, green lily and crushed oyster shell. There is a grassy element as well, and the wine doesn't have the waxiness that you sometimes get with this Spanish grape in hot climates.
