Tasting notes

Pale straw color. Aromas of ripe pear and apricot. Beautifully complex with a touch of Asian spice. As a result, the wine screams to be sipped. The wine dances over the palate. Mouth wateringly intense, revealing notes of makrut lime, hibiscus, and pink grapefruit. The finish is bright and lingering. Enjoy with oysters and goat cheese, grilled fish, and other light and even spicier dishes. Drink now through 2010.
