Description

Mezcal + Art. Grabado is the meeting of two Oaxaca Arts: Mezcal & Engraving. The label is a unique engraving made specifically for this project, reproducing the two hands of each art master. From the central valley of Oaxaca it is a 100% artisanal product using natural fermentation and no use of steel or synthetic chemicals in its production.

Production

Grabado is an artisanal Mezcal from the Tlalixtac de Cabrera village in Oaxaca Mexico. It is hand-crafted from 100% Maguey Espadin agave, cooked in a ground oven for 5 days, natural fermented and double copper pot distilled.

Tasting notes

Grabado Artisanal Mezcal is very expressive with notes of fresh herbs, soft smoke, agave syrup. Well-balanced with a deep and smooth finish. Great for sipping straight or in cocktails.
