The Sperone/Neirano cellars belong to the Sperone family which is being engaged in the wine industry for 4 generations. Giacomo Sperone began producing sparkling wines, aperitifs and spirits. Over the years the work has increased and the products began to be distributed throughout the Italian territory and some foreign countries with the help of his sons Paolo and Antonio, who became part of the Company in addition to their father. At present, Paolo and Antonio lead the company. Francesca and Andrea Sperone, 4th generation of the family, have recently joined the two companies to increase their strength. Today, the Sperone-Neirano group has become one of the major Italian sparkling wine and spirits producers.

Food pairing

Perfect as aperitif or with light hors d'oeuvres and fish. Pleasant also with desserts. Serve chilled.

Tasting notes

Fine persistent froth. White with greenish tints. Fruity flavor, pleasantly sparkling with a harmonious and full after taste.

Vinification

Soft pressing and natural fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
