Notte Italiana, meaning Italian night, is made by the highly regarded Victor Caves & Chateaux. This family-owned group has been involved in kosher business for generations. They have built an excellent reputation within the French Jewish community over the decades. In 2003, they created Victor Wines, to produce, import, and distribute kosher wines and spirits in the United States. Since the very beginning of this adventure, the mission followed the highest standards of quality and commitment to excellence. Tasting notes

A festive multi-tasker serve Prosecco as aperitif, with the meal or with fruit for dessert. This fun sparkler is bright and floral with notes of lemon, peach, pear and a slightly sweet finish. Prosecco, the festive sparkler from the hills north of Treviso, not only enjoyed astronomical growth in the US through the last 2 decades. Refreshing, undemanding and low enough in alcohol (11%). Food Pairing

Excellent by itself as an aperitif. Ideal with all fish dishes, salami and cured meats - also goes well with light pasta and rice dishes besides all white meats. A great all rounder.
