Food pairing

Ideal with grilled chicken, fish course or salads. Serve at cool at around 10°C.

Tasting notes

Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Balanced bouquet with notes of apple, peach and hawthorn.
Taste: Fresh and harmonious on the palate.

Vinification

From selected hilly vineyards of the Venezie region. Soft-crushed grapes and free-run must are processed at low temperatures. The clean product is filtered and fermented at 16-18 Celsius. When fermentation is perfect the wine is stored in tanks at a constant low temperature before bottling.
