Vinification and refinement
A vine variety of French origin. It is one of the most prized and most difficult red grape vine species in the world, yet it found ideal growing conditions in the Northern region of Italy. The wines produced in this area are the fruit of a terroir that is a combination of particularly favourable calcareous soil, climate and varieties of vine. Fermentation is stainless steel tank at controlled temperature and maceration on the skins for 10 days.
