An intense and evolved nose of precise sweet tobacco with wild dark berries allied to leathery tones and aromatic herbs. The attack is lush and velvety with ripe tannins and full body, refreshing acidity and a long, solid finish. Drink or hold.

Pouring a youthful, rich ruby color, the 2019 Brunello Di Montalcino is lush with aromas of crushed cherries, pressed violets, rosemary, and anise. Open and inviting, it's medium to full-bodied, with fine tannins and a ripe, rounded mid-palate, a supple texture, and a clean finish. It retains lovely freshness and is ready to enjoy now or over the coming 6-8 years.

On the damp, earthy, umami nose, blackberries sprout from a backbone of pepper, soil, and herbs. Black cherries lift the blackberry element on the palate, while undertones of orange peel and coffee add a textured feel. Tannins are tightly coiled but slick.
