AFFRESCHI Nero d'Avola is special selection made by Machetti family for Gamafood srl. Winery is located in Verona area whichmakes careful selection of Sicilian grapes for collection of Affreschi wines.

Tasting notes

Colour: Intense bright red colour with violet reflections.
Nose: Flavours of prune, tobacco and vanilla.
Taste: Dry, full-bodied, generous, ample. Rich, round, spicy, with aromas of green pepper.

Vinification

Traditional red vinification: soft pressing, fermentation and maceration with the skins at 28-30 Celsius for 10 days.
