Serving suggestion
It pairs well with grilled and braised meat, boar stew and seasoned cheeses. Open the bottle 30 minutes before serving at 16-18C.
Tasting notes
Color: Intense ruby red colour with purplish nuances; very limpid.
Bouquet: Intense and ample with scents of blackberries jam, vegetal and balsamic hints.
Palate: Dry and supple, excellent structure and rightly tannic, warm and charming with a long, clean conclusion.

Winemaking Process
About 20-22 days in open, wooden conical fermenters where fermentation and maceration take place. Malolactic fermentation in Barriques.
