Clayey and rocky soil.

Tasting Notes

Light Rose’, intense and persistent aroma of Mediterranean maquis, cherry and raspberry notes. Fresh and elegant finish, balanced in the mouth. Final saline note on the palate that brings back to the jagged and sandy Apulian coast.

Vinification

Skin contact for a few hours followed by partial drawing off the must of Primitivo grapes and fermentation.
