Tasting notes

Structured and long-lived wine with intense garnet red color and alive with slight violet hues. Intense nose with notes of plum, vanilla, and cherry jam, full-bodied, harmonious, with pleasant tannins and a lingering finish.

Vinification

red with floating cap and maceration for 8-10 days under controlled temperature. Aging in barrels for 12 months and in bottle for 4 - 6 months.
