This is a smooth and delicate Barolo with fresh red fruit, rose hips and red spices. Medium-bodied. Firm but smooth and well integrated overall, with fine tannins and a tense, juicy aftertaste. Drink or hold.

A saturated red/garnet hue, the 2020 Barolo Sorano is a savory and brooding wine with loads of concentrated fruit of baked black cherry, along with wild herbs, leather, and balsamic. Medium-bodied, it offers a plush and approachable feel, with ripe tannins and more citrus-noted acidity through the finish. It has good length and a weightless feel.
