L'Avvocata
This wine takes its name from the previous owner of the vineyards, a female attorney ("avvocata" in Italian). She was severe, authoritarian and rigid; to everyone simply Ms. Attorney. The wine is named after her, though this young, vivacious Barbera is at odds with its serious namesake.
