A toasty wine that's complex and balanced. Aromas of vanilla, pineapple, stone fruit and grapefruit. A bit tight and phenolic, light- to medium-bodied, it shows crisp acidity and a tasty finish.

The nose is headlined by aromas of banana, pineapple, Meyer lemon and toasted coconut, but a thoughtful, almost judicious use of wood brings out some savory undertones. Green and yellow apples join the tropical fruit and toasty flavors on the palate, while lots of acid pokes through an otherwise creamy, slick mouthfeel.

A long, graceful white, with a silky texture and well-honed, mouthwatering acidity. Carries a fine mesh of glazed apple and pear fruit, plus accents of pickled ginger, peach skin, Meyer lemon pith and vanilla. A minerally streak of saline and stone comes to the fore on the plush finish.
