The nose presents aromas of black cherry and blackberries, with hints of raspberry and coffee grounds. The fruit is more highly toned on the palate, which features boysenberries and plums alongside more blackberries, before a mocha finish that's structured by chalky tannins.

Walnuts, raspberries and sour cherries on the nose. Licorice and some balsamic, too. It's medium-bodied, juicy and creamy with powdery tannins and tasty spice undertones. Drink now.

          Food pairing
This Riserva is best enjoyed with hearty, savory dishes and goes nicely alongside rich roasted vegetables and aged cheeses.

          Tasting notes
This wine shows spicy licorice and aromas of small forests fruits, with light notes of vanilla, chocolate and faded rose. Full and rich bodied, with silky and elegant tannins. The long finish, is intense and persistent, with notes of mature red fruits and tobacco.
