Reviews
James Suckling 90
A rather discreet nose with hints of stone fruits, leaves and stones. It has a savory character, restrained and focused. Spices towards the finish. From organically grown grapes.

The savory, nutty nose is like an empty fairground, with aromas of slightly burned popcorn wafting above the warm pavement, and playing with undertones of dried herbs and lemon. On the palate, the interplay between nuts and citrus continues, creating a round texture even as acid and salt light up your tongue.

Tasting notes
The rediscovery of this ancient variety rewarded us with this elegant wine that shows intense notes of pear, white flowers and exotic fruits. Structured on the palate, with intense notes of citrus and exotic fruits, full bodied and rich with a long-balanced finish.
Vinification
The Organic grapes for this wine are hand harvested in the second half of September and then gently pressed. After an initial cold maceration, the fermentation takes place at low temperatures. Aged “sur lies” for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
