This garnet-hued vermouth opens on the sweeter side, showing vanilla, cocoa and hints of black cherry, prune and fresh raspberry. It finishes slightly tannic and drying, with a teasingly savory hint on the exhale. Botanicals include cardamom, cumin, fennel and caraway.

9 di Dante Inferno Sweet Vermouth di Torino Superiore pays homage to Dante’s Divine Comedy with original recipes from Piedmont, Italy, that are redefining Vermouth. 9diDANTE is the brainchild of Alex Ouziel and famed Master Blender Mario Baralis, a Vermouth specialist for over 30 years. The Inferno Rosso Vermouth is made with a blend of Dolcetto & Cortese grapes and 27 botanicals, incredible in a Negroni or Manhattan with its intense ruby red color and its fruity nose with hints of red berries, cherry and orange without charcoal filtering or carmel additives. These are groundbreaking Vermouths that are sure to bring your cocktails to the next level!

9diDANTE is the brainchild of Alex Ouziel under the experienced mentorship of famed Master Blender Mario Baralis. A product made possible by a chance encounter that has developed into a close friendship.

Having learnt the Art of Vermouth over 30 years of guarding the secrets of the original Carpano and Antica Formulas, he never saw himself creating a new and original vermouth formula until he crossed paths with Alex and they started discussing how artisinal Piedmont craftsmanship could inspire the taste of a new generation.
