Aged for 5 months before being bottled.

Bottle

Bottled in the lightest glass on the market, capped with local cork from the Roussillon forests, sealed with natural wax instead of an aluminum capsule, and labeled with alternative fiber paper.

Food pairing

Chicken masala, pad thai, spicy tacos or even a very old pelardon.

Tasting notes

Its delicate nose reveals aromas of jasmine flower, white tea, and vine peach. On the palate, it offers a full texture and reveals notes of citrus and spices. A unique wine to pair without limits!

Vinification

The Souvignier Gris grapes are harvested at full maturity and placed in vats without destemming or crushing. Skin maceration lasts 11 days, allowing the extraction of anthocyanins and its unique aromas. The wine is then carefully pressed and transferred to vats.
