Description

From a young age, winemaker Ludovic Proust was attracted to the complexity and beauty of Sauvignon Blanc. To craft L’Oceade, he travels multiple time a year to coastal vineyards in the Loire Valley, Cognac (Charente) and Bordeaux to select the best cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc for this aromatic expression. He then masterfully blends the final selections in his Bordeaux cellars.

Tasting notes

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has seen the “Atlantic spray.” It is fresh and crisp with aromas of white flowers, pear, apple, and citrus fruits. A classic expression with perfect balance and elegance. L’Oceade is classified as IGP Atlantique due to each vineyards close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. A real discovery!
