Double distilled in small pot stills. Traditional Charentais copper stills capture only the purest and most aromatic heart of the spirit.
Double aged in limousine oak barrel for complexity and balance. Over 24 months of ageing. First in new barrels for structure & spice and then in old barrels for roundness and elegance.

Romain Martial has carefully selected the finest eaux-de-vie to create a VS that is subtle, smooth and refined.

Tasting notes

Color: Bright golden hue with light amber reflections. Nose: Fresh and vivid, opening on notes of ripe orchard fruits, vine blossom, and apricot, followed by hints of delicate sweet spices. Palate: Frank and lively, with flavors of pear, citrus, and light caramel, with oak spice and a subtle texture. Finish: Clean, pure & vibrant with lingering notes of vanilla, white flowers, and gentle spice. Overall: A young and vibrant Cognac, showcasing freshness and authenticity, yet delicacy and refinement on the finish.
