The nose is fresh and layered, with plum, strawberry, rose, cinnamon, and wild thyme. Serious and expressive, the palate builds from bright red licorice into an herbaceous core shaped by firm tannins. Light berry fruit trails into a long, stony finish dusted with cocoa powder. Perfect with duck confit and lentils.
