Tasting notes

Deep intensive red color. Ripe fruit fragrance, spicy with a hint of blackcurrant. Elegant and aromatic with soft tannins and good freshness. 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah from chalky-clay soil on the alluvial plain and stony hillsides.

Technical data

Location: The vineyards are located in the Southern Rhone Valley, South of Drome and North of Vaucluse.
Soil: Chalky-clay soil on the alluvial plain and stony on the hillside.
Method: The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity by mechanic or handpicked. After a total de-stalking, traditional vinification during 15 days with regular pumping-over. Maturation in concrete tank. No fining. Tangential filtration.
