Origin : The Daussant family's Domaine has been created in 1926. It is located at Avignon. The vineyard is extended on 4 towns : Vedenes, Morieres, Chateauneuf de Gadagne and Jonquerettes.
Vinification : Hand harvests at 80%, traditional semi-carbonic vinification, maceration during 15 days. Malolactic fermentation.
Soil : Clay and limestone, sandly. Pebbles.
