The nose is fresh and pure, with white peach, freshly cut apple, acacia and soft stone. Salinic mouthwatering acidity keeps the palate light, revealing clear Bosc pear and peach fruit. Delicious, refreshing and though it has capacity to age, it is very approachable now.

Creamy and full, with yellow apple and melon offset by salt, flint smoke and mineral notes. Acacia, chrysanthemum, herb and spice details add depth, and juicy acidity brings lift and precision to the mouthwatering, substantial finish. Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and Bourboulenc.
