Best served with red meats grilled on BBQ, Bull meat both served grilled or with some red wine sauce as well as some meat dishes served with some mushroom sauce and side order.
Tasting note
Color: Deep red color with shinning light brown hints.
Nose: Open and straightforward with little cooked fruits and cherry aromas as well as a liquorish touch with spicy and rosemary notes.
Palate: Rich, full-body and fruity with some pleasant cherry and blackcurrant marmalade taste balanced by some thyme and rosemary flavors. The aftertaste is elegant and also straight forward with some lasting fruity flavors.

Soil: In some parts, rolling stones mixed with red clay as well as in some parts, gravel with white lime stones.
Vinification
Process traditional in cement tanks with partial ageing in oak barrels afterward for one year.
